These policies apply to The Complete Canva + AI Toolkit sold through jeseldigital.com and its linked checkouts. They describe the offer available on this page: a one-time US$9 price through Gumroad or ₱549 through Xendit, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Gumroad may show a converted amount in your local currency. Review the final price and currency at your chosen checkout before paying.
What you receive
The Complete Canva + AI Toolkit is a digital course and resource bundle. As described on the sales page, it includes seven learning paths, more than 1.5 hours of video tutorials, 225 social media templates, a ChatGPT content prompt, and Master Resell Rights. The lessons cover Canva basics, tools, fonts and branding, AI features, saving and sharing, apps and features, and creating and selling digital products.
The core lessons can be followed with Canva's free plan. Some optional third-party features may require a separate account, have limited availability, or carry their own charges. Review the product page before buying.
Price and payment
The current offer is a one-time purchase, with no Jesel Digital subscription for this Toolkit. The price shown at the selected checkout is the price charged for that order. Any applicable taxes or payment-provider charges should be displayed by the checkout before you complete payment. Payments are processed through the provider you choose at checkout, such as Gumroad or Xendit.
Delivery and access
After your payment is confirmed, we send the Toolkit access or download link to the email address you used at checkout. This offer does not require a course login. Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find the email. If it still has not arrived, email [email protected] with your checkout email, payment provider, and order or transaction ID if available so we can help.
The sales page advertises lifetime access. We will continue to provide the purchased materials through the original delivery method or a reasonable replacement if we change platforms. You may keep downloaded files and use them within the licence described below.
Use and resell rights
The current offer advertises Master Resell Rights for the course and included products. You may edit and rebrand the supplied resellable materials, sell them as your own, set your own price, and grant the same Master Resell Rights to your buyers. Explain those rights clearly to your buyers. You are responsible for your own sales, customer support, taxes, and compliance with the platforms you use.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the Jesel Digital Services name, logo, or brand assets. Canva, its content library, and other third-party tools remain subject to their own licences; our resell rights cannot grant rights that a third party does not permit. If a licence file supplied with your purchase appears to say something different from this offer, contact us before reselling so we can resolve the inconsistency.
Age, results, and advice
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. The Toolkit is educational. We do not guarantee sales, income, profit, or any particular business result. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences, not promised outcomes. The content is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional when making those decisions.
Changes and legal rights
We may update the Toolkit, its price, delivery method, and policies for future purchases. The offer and 30-day guarantee displayed when you purchased continue to apply to your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The payment provider handles full payment-card details. Please do not send your full card number by email.
How we use information and email choices
We use information to process and verify orders, deliver materials, provide access, answer questions, handle refunds, protect the service, keep appropriate business records, and understand website and advertising performance.
If you enter your email at checkout but do not complete a purchase, we may send limited reminders about that purchase where permitted. An unfinished checkout does not automatically sign you up for unrelated offers. We may send other promotional emails when you opt in or another lawful basis applies. You can stop reminders and promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in a message or by emailing us. We may still send necessary order, access, and support messages.
Providers and cookies
We share information as needed with the checkout provider you choose (Gumroad or Xendit), our website, course, email, hosting, and support providers, and analytics or advertising providers such as Meta on pages where their technology is used. These providers may process information outside the Philippines and may have their own privacy policies. We do not sell order records for money.

Retention, security, and your rights
We keep order records for applicable tax and legal duties, access information while needed to provide the product, and support messages while needed to handle an issue. Information from unfinished checkouts is kept only while needed for limited reminders or another purpose you agreed to, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or request deletion where applicable. Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee
If the Toolkit is not right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. You do not need to give a reason.
Include the email address used at checkout and your order or transaction ID if you have it. We use these details to find your payment. We will arrange the refund through the original payment provider where possible. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on the provider and your bank. Access to paid materials may end after a full refund.
If you do not receive access, receive a product materially different from its description, or believe you were charged twice, email us with the details. We will investigate and provide access, correct a billing error, or arrange an appropriate remedy. We aim to respond to complaints within seven calendar days. Your legal rights are not limited by the 30-day guarantee.
This guarantee applies to purchases made while the 30-day promise is advertised. A later policy change does not remove it from those orders.
